Gwenllian began performing from the young age of 3, and has considerable experience performing as a soloist. She has won numerous awards for her playing, most notably the Nansi Richards Scholarship, the RWCMD Concerto Trials, the USA International Harp Competition and the Camac UK Harp Competition.

During her undergraduate degree at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Gwenllian performed extensively in solo concerts at the school, as well as at the National Museum of Wales, at the Wales Millennium Centre, the Gate, and the Sherman Theatre. She has also performed in association with the Lower Machen Festival, the Yorke Trust and the Welsh Proms in Cardiff.

In the summer of 2010, Gwenllian performed a solo UK tour with appearances in Cardiff, Swansea, Stamford and London. She also enjoys playing in chamber ensembles and as a soloist with orchestras, and has performed duets with many instruments including voice, cello, violin, saxophone, flute and other harpists.
